We aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible. Delivery timeframes begin from the point your order is dispatched. During busy periods, processing times may be slightly longer than usual.

Due to the personal nature of fragrance products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on items that have been opened, sprayed, used, or are not in their original condition. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us with your order number and clear photos so we can help resolve the issue.
