This website is operated by Rogue Scents LTD. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Rogue Scents LTD.

By visiting our website and/or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

  1. Online Store Terms

By placing an order with Rogue Scents, you confirm that you are legally able to enter into a contract and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

You must not use our products for any unlawful purpose.

  1. Products and Descriptions

We aim to display product descriptions, prices, images and availability as accurately as possible. However, colours, packaging and product presentation may vary slightly depending on screen settings, stock updates or supplier changes.

Rogue Scents sells luxury-inspired fragrance products. Any references to designer or niche fragrance styles are for comparison and identification of scent profiles only. Rogue Scents is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to any designer or third-party fragrance brand unless clearly stated.

All trademarks, product names and brand names belong to their respective owners.

  1. Prices and Payment

All prices are shown in GBP. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice.

Payment must be completed at checkout before your order is processed.

  1. Orders

Once you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation by email. This does not mean your order has been accepted. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order if necessary, including where there is a pricing error, stock issue, payment issue or suspected fraudulent activity.

  1. Shipping

Shipping options, costs and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, bank holidays or circumstances outside of our control.

  1. Returns and Refunds

Returns and refunds are handled in line with our Return and Refund Policy. For hygiene and safety reasons, opened, used or sprayed fragrance products cannot be returned unless they are faulty, damaged or incorrect.

Custom scent requests and personalised products cannot be returned unless they are faulty, damaged or incorrect.

  1. Custom Scent Requests

Custom scent requests are subject to availability. If we confirm that we can supply a requested scent, we will provide a custom order link. Custom scent requests may take slightly longer to process and may include an additional sourcing premium.

  1. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, branding, logos, graphics and design, belongs to Rogue Scents LTD or is used with permission. You may not copy, reproduce or use our content without written permission.

  1. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from the use of our website or products, except where required by law.

Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights.
