1 in 10 Basket Refund - Promotion Terms

One order in every group of 10 wins a refund of its basket items. Delivery charges are excluded, and the winning customer still receives their order.

How it works

  1. Every paid order placed through rogue-scents.com from our 19 October 2026 reopening is automatically included. No code or separate entry is needed. Samples and bundles are included.
  2. Orders are grouped in the order payment is received, in consecutive groups of 10. Cancelled or fully refunded orders before the draw do not count towards a completed group.
  3. Rogue Scents randomly draws exactly one winning order from each completed group of 10. Every order in that group has an equal chance. The draw is administered manually using a recorded, verifiably random selection process.
  4. We complete the draw, notify the winner using their order contact details and issue the refund within 7 days of receiving payment for the tenth eligible order in that group.

What is refunded?

The winner receives a refund of the amount paid for all basket items in that order, including any tax paid on those items. Delivery charges are not refunded under this promotion. The order is still fulfilled as normal. Refunds are sent to the original payment method; bank or payment-provider processing times may apply after we issue the refund.

Timing and availability

This is an ongoing promotion with no scheduled end date. An incomplete group carries forward until it reaches 10 eligible paid orders. This is a draw after purchase, not an instant checkout discount, and a refund is not guaranteed for an individual order. Each order enters one group only.

Normal product prices apply. There is no additional entry charge. This promotion does not change your statutory rights, cancellation rights or our normal returns policy. Any separate refund already issued for an item is not paid twice.
