We currently ship orders within the United Kingdom.

Processing times

Most orders are processed within 1 to 3 working days.

Custom scent requests may take around one extra working day to process, as these require an additional sourcing and checking step.

Delivery times

Delivery times vary depending on the shipping option selected at checkout.

Standard delivery usually takes 2 to 4 working days after dispatch.

Express delivery usually takes 1 to 2 working days after dispatch.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, busy periods, bank holidays or circumstances outside of our control.

Where tracking is available, tracking details will be provided once your order has been dispatched.
